I made the bet yesterday at 4:48 ET on Sportsbetting.com. I got it at -2.5 as I said. Got no reason to lie brotha. That's why I posted this thread, thought the line seemed fishy cause it was so low. Guess I was onto something because as you said, its - 5 now.

I don't think Warner is going to play... Arizona would be stupid if they put Warner in, just to risk another injury to that old body of his... rest him and play the idiot (Lienhart) for this week.

That said.. Vikings roll to a 6-7 pt win on the road.

poker... Arizona is 11-5 at home the past two years... and this team (this year) is identical to last years... so to only use a sample of 5 games to suggest they suck at home is pretty short-sighted...

this year they are playing better on the road than last year... but the REASON this line started out as low as it did was because Arizona is known to be a tough place for teams to win... at least when Warner is playing... they are especially tough as a home dog, going 2-1 SU in that role since last year...

really?  so because Warner is "probly" not playing, the line was only Min (-2)... but if he was going to play, the line would be more like Min (-4)... and then if it was in Min, that line would shift a whole whopping 2 points...

Obviously I'd like to see Leinart start since I have Minnesota. But as I said earlier, even if Warner does start I'm not too worried. I dont think he'll finish the game. Even a decent hit on him & he's done. Glad i got it when I did at 2.5  I think it continues to climb

mojo... it's not crazy... they are just trying to figure out if Warner is playing... the line jumped to 5.5 because people started to say he wasn't going to play... then it dropped back down because Warner said he felt good on Thursday and hopes to play this week...

All this banter and no one breaks down the gist of the game.  Let's see...RB's= Vikes have the 2nd best back in the league in AP and Taylor is a proven 2nd back.. Not saying Wells/Hightower aren't good, but they're avg. 92yds per game rushing. Advantage-Minn Which leads me to Defense=Vikes are only allowing 18ppg/avg, that's scary good.. 221passyds/game..With Warner expected to hit targets like Fitz/Anquan/Breaston that's a lot of pocket time. If you're hurt you play scared. If you play scared, you get hurt Mr. Warner Advantage-Minn.  WR's=  ok..only two names above are enough to say lights out, but it's not the fact that they're better than Harvin/Rice/Berrian who are definetly holding their own.  They're feared more and have the experience factor and will get their share of highlight film. Advantage- AZ.  And finally QB's-  two old warriors, classic showdown.. Thousands and thousands of yards, superbowl champs to each.. sigh.. Sorry, but Farve is my runner up for MVP only behind Peyton Manning right now.. He looks like a new man, like a 18 year old in a strip club with a fistful of 20s.. he's enjoying himself and winning.. Fair enough Ice blood. When i started looking this game over I was like everone else. Is Warner going to play or not?? I've since come to the conclusion that is doesn't matter. Warner plays they win by a TD, Leinart plays minny wins by 10 or 13. GL this weekend

Perfect spot for a letdown  Coming off an easy blowout victory last week. Playing last year's super bowl contenders on national TV on Sunday night. Don't think they're soooo concerned about playing Cincy nest week at home that they forget to show up this week. How is this the perfect spot for a let down  What is the "perfect spot" for a let down anyway? Farve's been doing this way to long to look past anyone. Especially a division leader on National TV.

Arizona is up 2 games in their division so i think they sit Warner. Plus he is having trouble with his eyesight at night and with the lights. Now, even if Warner does play, a huge hit by Jared Allen or the Williams brothers may take him out of the game again.

i'll take my chances on the Vikings at -3/4
