 No they don't.......according to most self-proclaimed genius', defense wins SB's........& since neither Moon nor Williams played any defense I'd definitely say Moon was the best.

Moon without a doubt. 

Williams won a super bowl, yes.  But he had a losing record overall for his career.

Moon did not win a superbowl, but he did win FIVE straight grey cups in the CFL. 

Moon was an absolute beast.

haha, yeah, what a stupid comment that guy made.. superbowls are great but to say some players are not great because they did not win an nba championship or a superbowl is retarded. putting doug williams in the same breath as moon is an insult to moon. the guy threw for 3k + yards 10 times and over 4500 yards a couple times.
