That's the only way the Chargers beat the Pats today is if there is influence by TV ratings

i really doubt that a duo LA teams Super Bowl is the best interest of the NFL. The rest of the country besides LA, mostly will lack interests of the Game, and it could be a disaster for the League.

LA and LA are 2 big markets for sure. Couple that with the people there being fake behind fans, you'll get some great TV ratings, for sure. ......

Chargers have no home, and are the smallest fan base of all football.

Pretty sure the NFL doesn’t want them, or 2 L.A. Teams in the SB.

As others have said, NFL execs would flip out if this happened.

From a strictly TV standpoint the best matchup would be Rams Pats.   Bicoastal. Rematch of 2001.  Lots of highlight reels.

As a Pats fan, I'm not sure they can get past KC if they win today, but Darth Belichick always has a few tricks up his sleeve for the playoffs.

Saints v NE is what the NFL wants.....OLD MAN BRADY v aging BREES both QBs first ballot HOF'ers. Rivers not winning a SB is secondary......
Saints prob win but dont cover and NE prob win but this game should be low scoring and up for grabs....

FYI, it doesn't matter what tv wants nor will it influence today's games.

Every Joe, John and Bob will watch the Superbowl.

Wow Kim Jung Young I just realized how fitting it would be if Tom Brady went out with a win vs the Rams the team it all started with his first Super Bowl victory. Or Rivers/Brees San Diego days. Or Mahomes ending the Era of Tom Brady and taking over the reigns.

Correct but it isn't going to happen anyway. Rams aren't good enough, Chargers might not be either not sure about them.

Really! Hey Einstein. The NFL doesn't care who is in the SB. The tv spots have been bought and paid for already. Everything is lined-up. The NFL has and will continue to make billions off the SB. Really? Less people will watch because of markets. 90% of people at the game itself doesn't know or care who is playing. 90% of parties doesn't know or care who is playing. It's the freaking SB. The most celebrated event of the year. People are going to watch and it doesn't matter who is playing. I bet you watch, and I bet you watch with whatever teams are playing.

I just think it's could be an all LA Super Bowl with all the earthquakes and forest fires that have been happening out there. Survival stories as the back drop to the Super Bowl.

Buddy, do your homework...there is NO interest in LA for the Chargers...NONE..local newscasters covered the Rams all week..that would be a ratings disaster with only 1 market in the game...the WORST CASE, not the best....have you seen their home crowds?
