This guy is an assassin when the pressure is ratcheted up the highest. Pressure either cracks pipes or makes diamonds, and this mofo is 24 carat through and through. The Chiefs f@ck around as big favorites. But when push comes to shove this dude balls out. 17-6 ATS in his career with a line -3 or less or underdogs.

And Mahomes is an underdog to Jalen f@cking Hurts. One of the biggest frontrunning frauds to ever take snaps under center. His whole pro and college career is littered with him looking great on stacked teams and pumping the crap out of bad teams. His biggest games in college? Pulled for a Freshman in the National Championship. Destroyed 63-28 in a playoff game. Last year in the playoffs he got down and looked inept.

The Eagles front ran the entire season playing sh!t team after sh!t team. Rarely, if ever, were they challenged. When did Hurts and the Eagles face any real adversity? – and don’t give me that 1-point win over a pathetic Colts team that is currently picking 4 in the draft. The NFC was one of the biggest dumpster fire conferences we’ve seen in recent sports history. Hurts has looked terrible in both playoff games. What happens on the biggest stage when he and the Eagles are finally challenged? The pressure will burst his pipes. It has his whole career.

The Eagles defense played 3 real offenses all year in Dallas, Green Bay, and Detroit. Gave up 40, 33, and 35. Frauds.

The true GOAT is an underdog in the biggest game. We won’t see this again.

Well the concensus GOAT played against Nick Foles and lost. I would say there's a fair bit more difference in talent between Brady and Foles than Hurts and Mahomes, especially an injured Mahomes.

He also lost on an undefeated team.

Mahomes is a freak, no doubt about it. And as important as the QB is, football is a team game where any star QB isn't even on the field half the game.

Pass rush will make any QB struggle. Time in the pocket can make any decent QB look good, if he has WRs that can get separation. Hurts wasn't touched last game except on designed QB draws and one of them he bobbled the snap. He didn't turn the ball over.

The Eagles are blowing everyone out and have th best Oline, pass rush and pass defense. They are more balanced. Healthier, too.

If you think the Chiefs should be the favorite then you just don't understand how or why lines or set. And anyway it's not even a FG.

I expected line to be about pk em the way the Eagles won compared to the way Chiefs won made it slightly more. Line is absolutely bang on.

Lmao Hurts has looked terrible. Not getting touched or picked off or fumbling in 2 playoff games, including vs the best defense in the NFL. You're off your head man.

Goat ? The guy who was held to 3pts in a super bowl and the guy they choked at hone last year against the Bengals when mentally fell to pieces. He’s a great QB  but he’s no Brady or Montana. I never saw Montana fall aiart mentally EVER. Mahomes is a great QB but JC lost at hone to the Bills and needed a penalty to win by a FG.

The Eagles had the third highest sack total of all time this season.  70.  The record is 72.  The '84 Bears.

That is very dangerous territory for any QB. 

We see great QBs lose SBs all the time to great defenses.   Brady multiple times.  2013 P Manning Broncos, who averaged 38 points a game, 2nd highest total ever, then scored only 8 points to the Seahawks D.  etc etc..

It’s not mahomes vs hurts. It’s Philly vs KC.

Glad you brought up that game. That was my biggest Super Bowl bet ever, by far. It wasn't the fact that it pitted a great offense against a great defense that lead me to load up on the Seahawks. It was the massive difference in schedule strength between the two teams. The Seahawks came into that game having come through a gauntlet of great teams, while the Broncos had fattened up on one of the weakest schedules in the NFL. This created massive value due to the misperception of how good the two teams were among the common, simple-minded, take 2 seconds to cap a game, Joe Blow bettor.

Can't remember why I brought that up now... must have been a reason.

It will be interesting to see if Mahomes can do something that no other 5,000 yard passer has done and that's win a Superbowl in the same season.. Although Eli Manning did come close during the 2011 season passing for over 4900 yards.. Brady had over 5200 yards during the 2011 season but fell short in the Superbowl.. 

God willing always capitalized, but yes and feel like he needs to try and make sure that he can ball and deal. 2 weeks is a lot and with the best Qb in football, it will be hard...

 Completely agree. Also because you’re correct. Love mahomes but ankle is bad for his best asset mobility after throwing. No receivers. I don’t want to go against pat but this game unfortunately if you want to cash your ticket you will have to.

One of the 5K passers will eventually get that ring in the same season and it might happen soon with Mahomes     I think the last regular season MVP to win a ring in the same season was Kurt Warner during the 1999 season..Eventually it will happen of course..
