Question

50 mph gusts at Gillette stadium tonight. 25-35mph most of the game. Big problem for FGs and deep balls. Total went down to 50 at my site. Once the rest of the public gets hold of this info its gonna plummet.

Kapernick should be contained and Atlanta has long drives. Game should go under.

Same thing happened yesterday here in the Upper Midwest. Was 40* (our record for yesterday was 44) and not windy in the morning. Even toyed with grabbing a few golf clubs. By late afternoon, the winds were a steady 22-25 and gusting to 40mph. Just sayin', if someone told me it would be wind wagon weather at 5pm, I would have sid, say what? There is a strong cold front moving across this great country and from the indications from weather experts, it may reach Mass today.

And they do actually have a wind advisory for Foxboro, MA. Checking hourly it lists winds at around 16-17 mph at gametime. But after you click the wind advisory link, it does say this:

I&#x27;m down in AC and it was windy as hell here yesterday 35&#x2B; out of the SSE.  If that&#x27;s what&#x27;s headed up that way, it&#x27;ll be wicked windy.  I took the under 51.5. True stuff....Im out in Worcester MA which is less than an hour away from Gillette...and it is really really windy....definitely going to have an effect on both kickers and Flacco&#39;s ability to get down the field...,special teams advantage to Baltimore in the return game as well

Nothing lowers a total more than wind. It shrinks a teams playbook and eliminates long field goal attempts which always help the over(either points or good field position if missed).

How many times do you think a game is gonna go under because of rain or snow, and it goes over cos the pass rush is slowed and DB's can be beat on a single/double-move. Don't dismiss the wind.

This is the same cold front headed towords Gillette stadium. If it shows up sometime during the game it will definately affect the play calling for both teams.
