AMD, what about the sh*tty bucs off a bye at home laying less than a FG?
not sure if you're into trends but the Bucs flat out own the vikings. Bucs have covered 6 straight in the series, gotta think they come out hungry after recent beat downs and the bye.

I'm foolish enough to bite on this one. Also note, Lovie is now going into a stretch of games where he will be playing teams he coached against for years (Vikings, Bears, GB, Detroit). We've already seen Philbin and Schwartz have success battling against a division they know well, and I'm hoping that trend continues this week with Lovie.

Their defense isn't better then the Jets. Especially when the Jets want to put some thought into it. The Jets problem lies in their decision making. Pour situational play calling...JMO
Actually buffalos defense is better than the jets, but their offensive line is significantly worse than the jets defensive line, and that's where this game will be won for the jets. Orton has turned the ball over every game so far, this will be no different. Let's hope for good geno.

Thanks for your posts, good to see you around again. Without looking too much into this game, I thought Id post a few stats for the for anyone who had an interest in this game.

9 Total Takeaways 10
20 Defensive Sacks 9
-3 Turnover Ratio -2
36 Punts 26
These teams mirror each other in a lot of categories, however, I highlighted some of the stats that are worth a look. Whats going to give, Minnesotas 32nd ranked passing attack vs Tampas 32nd ranked Pass defense....Tampas offensive line vs Minnesotas 20 sacks.......Tampas 24th ranked passing vs Minnesotas 9th ranked Pass defense. The numbers tell me that Minnesota might be the play, however, I havent looked at this game from an X's/O's standpoint. If I were to lean at first glance and from what Ive seen through 7 weeks, Id take the Vikings and the points but I'll add that the Vikings 3rd down completion % fukking blows. I hate taking teams that cant complete a first down.

AMD, any thoughts on SD/Denver? I've seen you supporting SD quite a bit this season
Anyone who is making a play against Denver right now is trying to catch lightening in a bottle.....including me last week with the 49ers. Ive had a few losses this season but the 49ers wager was my first really bad play. Fukk, any loss is a bad play, I guess, but backing the 49ers on Peytons night is embarrassing. I like the Chargers and will be on them throughout the season, I'm sure. But for this week, I'm laying off them.

Another angle I love in the NFL is the over in these London games due to the fact the NFL wants a high scoring spectacle for the UK fans. The only thing putting me off is how bad the Falcons offensive line is and how good the Lions defensive front is.

I don't like the totals overseas, much less, the sides. Too many unknowns. These teams are capable of losing focus while entertaining the community through the week. I was going to play Detroit but I've decided to leave the game alone.

GL this week AMD, i usually don't mess with those London games but the lions are really tempted atm. u going down in fantasy
Well, if you beat me, I hope it's because Charles has a day for you. I just put a TE into my lineup so it looks like our lineup is pretty even. Should be fun

Yeh, their also without their two best corners vs. peyton. Denvers defense has been very stout vs. the run and when i looked at this game i was trying to force myself in believing that they can keep payton off the field, but with their pass rush , the chargers injuries at running back, center , and corner, i just don't see how they keep this close at mile high. The number has held at 7.5, something that seems very telling to me, as it means the sharps aren't exactly lining up to go vs. denver here.
