"Jets bust up Broncos" The only thing the Jets should bust up is Adam Gase. Worst coach and franchise in the league. Bunch of bums. Never in my life would i bet on the jets. Fade that trash weekly with zero regard. Close your eyes special on the broncos.
From a player and coaching perspective, you are 100% correct. The difference for me as a bettor is I bet numbers not players. Taking the 3 points is the only way I would bet this. But your assessment of New York is correct.

Giants would be the play by your system because if the line move from the open..but u have the rams
I posted this when the line was -11. But, yes, if the line has moved 2 or more points off the opener, it's a smart money play. Bear in mind, that the earlier in the season the better, with Week One being tops. By now, the advantages are starting to melt away and there are also less plays.

Hey DS don’t understand the Chief’s pick line opened at either-2.5 or -4 ? That’s 1 point or .5 ! To -3.5. Speaking of opening lines where’s a good site for that ? Yesterday I saw -2.5 on one and -4 on another! Thanks

Question, the line moved all the way to the other side. Does this system say play the Jets?
If you were a true devoted reader of the Slaughter Meter, you would have taken the Jets at +3 at the beginning of the week when I posted it and would now be thinking of taking Denver + points and shooting for a 20-1 middle payout.
Per the go against the public line movement games, you want to go against any line that moves 2 or more points off the opener. It works much better when the line is moved by betting - hence, go-against-the-public. In this case it moved due to a QB change, not betting. But I will still tally it with the results at the end of the week.

I don't understand your first question. Second question, Vegas insider has lines for multiple books posted Sunday night.

I'm in a pick'em Ats league, I have the Jets at +3.5. I has nothing to do with being a devoted reader, I just haven't grasp the concept of the system yet hence why I'm asking. Thanks for the post. GL

Doctor would like your thoughts on Eagles +7 at Niners.....Seeing some Eagles momentum.... Thanks...keep the info coming....
Check the injury report. Philly has O-line problems and a bunch of guys aren't practicing this week. If they limp into frisco down 2 or 3 starters on their line again, they will probably get stomped.
Why not take the little Chicago Bears +3 points?

The premise is the oddsmakers do a very good job. If they set the line at 7 and bettors drive it up to 9, you will win in the long run by taking the 9 points. Especially strong in Week One.
