What if Packers are not being truthful about

Rodgers injury. I started to think about this and if I was the packers I would not want to disclose to anyone that Rodgers can't play on Sunday. This way the Cowboys can't totally switch focus to Matt Flynn and stopping the run. Figure if rogers can't go  the offense plan will be an extra heavy dose of Lacy.

Flynn has been taking all the reps at practice since Rodgers is not so that to me is preparation in a sense. Team doctors have not cleared Rodgers to play as of yet. He is schedule to do a light practice at best today.

I have a sneaking suspension that we will hear 30 minutes before the game starts that he is not going to play or he will play in 1st qtr and be out the rest of the game. I am not a doctor but have suffered hamstring injury before and I can say that I was in pain just walking 3 weeks after injury.

I can understand the reason for not disclosing if they know he won't play but it just sucks for those looking to back pack.

Its a good thing his hamstring isn't bothering him

Yes I know he has a calf injury but was trying to make a comparison.

I don't get why people keep talking about him not practicing...

They practiced all of TWO times last week, and twice this week...

What is the point of the bye week if people don't rest? 

Did he somehow play in the 2nd half against Det, and it got worse? 

Does Rodgers need to even practice at this point of the season? 

Some people just don't make sense...

This is just my thinking. To me a makes a world of a difference if you got Flynn instead of Rodgers. The whole dynamic of the game changes for the cowboys preparing for the game.

For what it is worth Rodgers said he is going to play and I just read this from CBS. Seems like little by little the truth is coming out.

The injury is not expected to sidelined Rodgers for Sunday's playoff game vs. Dallas, but it could impact his mobility.

"There's no question he will play, but there's also no question he will not be 100 percent," said one doctor familiar with the injury. "The question is whether he'll be 95 percent or 50 percent."

If Flynn plays, which he wont unless Rodgers gets hurt again, GB has no chance....

Rodgers played the 2nd half against the Lions with the EXACT same injury...he didn't do this on the bye week or this week...

I am not looking up the numbers but I believe he was 11 for 13 and 130ish yds in the 2nd half...against a much better Lions D
