What is happening in this league…

This is the second time this week that a coach has declined a penalty on 3rd down, waited for the offense to show its decision, and then went back to the ref and said we want to accept the penalty. What in the world is happening in this league? This cannot possibly be within the rules.

The NFL has gotten so out of control with the constantly changing rules from one crew to the next. I just can’t believe what I’m watching and I don’t even care who wins. I cringe to think that this will happen in a game I’m betting on.
