You should definitely never enter the Supercontest unless you can sign up in person. 

If someone else signs up, they are the party entitled to the money.

Many people do 3rd party agreements where a document is notarized or a lawyer drawn up document is involved.

We had a guy cash with a 3rd party agreement and the follow up was smooth if you plan accordingly, if you really want to get in its an option
