I love what the Lions are building. Jameson Williams is going to be a superstar. Their D is improving each week. Add to that more top level draft picks. They are definitely trending up. Detroit fans deserve a winner. It's been a minute for the Red Wings, Pistons and even the Tigers with Verlander. Lions have been pitiful even during the Sanders days. But if they can shore up both sides of the trenches. Add another pass rusher to tandem with Hutchenson. Develop the young talent they already have. They could definitely be the next Buffalo Bills or better yet Kansas City Chiefs. The NFC North is definitely up from grabs from year to year. The only trade that I didn't understand was trading away TJ Hockensen. He was a nice piece for the Lions. To trade him to their biggest competition in division too. Odd. BOL!

I was wrong about a lot of plays but certainly not about the Lions. I said they wouldn’t win the Super Bowl, wouldn’t win their division, and wouldn’t make the playoffs. They didn’t, didnt, and didn’t. I said nothing else so keep on changing your position. You guys went from they were going to win the Super Bowl, to hey we were right, they won a game

The Lions had a 24-14 lead in the 4th quarter with about 5 minutes left in the first game vs the Vikes!! I remember some poor clock management!! Imagine IF they won? They would’ve swept the division!! That was their only division L. Before the season maybe our only division win would be Bears!!?? Feel free to stay on the bandwagon, Lions need as many fans as possible. The league wants big fan bases and popular teams in playoffs!! Hopefully Lions are getting there!! I think so. Fun season, a bit sad it’s over but WAY better than expected !! Gonna go bang Shakira now!!
As I have said the Lions have four count em four draft picks in the first two rounds in this years draft. Now that William Clay Ford has passed away Ms Ford the daughter wants a winner in Detroit WCF didn't give a shit as long as the crowds were coming. Ms. Ford will open the purse strings to attract the best of the free agents. She knows they now have the coaching staff if she brings the talent in they want she will spend the bucks. Going to be one exciting off season.

@ jesron1269 The reason the Lions traded Hockenson to the Vikings is they wanted another second round draft pick this year to give them 4 picks in the first two rounds. And with Brock Wright at TE they have a player that is a better blocker and tougher than Hockenson. They say they are going to use the first 4 picks in the first two rounds this year to shore up the defense another edge rusher to go with Aidan Hutchinson and three others and use free agency to fill any holes they think they need on offense.
