If I was the Redskins, Carolina, Seattle, Arizona, St.Louis, jacksonville, Denver and especially KC , I would offer a 3rd rounder,,homgren has implied he will be gone. His contract probably isn&#x27;t that small so that is all he is worth, of course Wiess coached him in college. That browns team was crap no Qb was going to excel there, it is worth a shot, the guy may do nothing but not one of those teams has anything to lose. , what are  you getting in the 3rd, maybe even a 4th...Homgren wants to start fresh.
