id take walsh if it was the 80's, but probably parcells in todays game. walsh was just ahead of his time offensively, but parcells would be great in any era.
you can say parcells never won without billichek, but you also gotta say he won with jeff hostetler.

Parcells was a grest motivator and very good at turning teams around (Pats were 2-14 when he took over, in Super Bowl I believe 3 seasons later, Jets were 1-15, Parcells coached them to 9-7 next year and AFC championship game following year and of course don't forget Perkins was 3-12-1 with Gmen then Parcells took them to playoffs I believe the next year). Walsh was an incredible offensive guru with great QB's, I never really liked Parcells but in my book he is right behind Lombardi as one of the best NFL coaches ever with Walsh, Landry, and Noll right behind. If Shula had won a couple more SBs he's be right there too.

Who won the last time they coached against each other in the playoffs? Giants over Niners at the Stick. Leonard Marshall ended Joe's Niner career. How about the 49-3 pasting at Giant Stadium, Jim Burt knocking Joe into next week. If talent was equal, Mr Parcells all day long.
