The best capper in my opinion is 'rush'.  Whenever he spontaneously rears to make a pick, it's $$$ in the bank.

Among those who post here currently - NFL_Sharp and Mick960 (I have a strong suspicion who he really is but I can't prove it and there's no need to dig into it - so I'm including that past of his too). I mean NFL. Baseball  - Gilmo. Historically - MrBator and Mk, both gone or banned.
