Why are all you ppl on the Vikings?

I know they are at home but the bears are the superior team here by far. They won the last meeting and I know it was at home. But this bears D is way to strong for an offense of the Vikes that doesnt have much but a running game which the bears can stop.

Also why is every one on the over. The under is the play. 2 strong D's with 2 strong running games.


Bears +5 and Under 42

3 units each for me

Please lets discuss this. I would like to know if im making a bad decision. But I dont think I am.

i'm on the +5 also. i think da bears defense will be able to stop peterson and force them to throw the ball. i see a couple picks by chicagos D.

i just have the feeling that its vikings night at home and thats it im taking 50 over 50 vikings and 50 parlay

  I am a Chicago Homer and I first Loved the Bears getting 4, but AP is key to this game. If the Bears have to use Brown to stop the run, which they can do (shut down AP), then Gus might have a good day in the air with Vasher out.

  Both teams need this and the cream will rise to the top. I believe the Bears have the better team and Minnesota has not looked good at home, but they do win. The Bears on the road have split their games both in and out of the Division. While I may think that not playing till the end cost the Bears a few games, there is nothing you can do about that. I do feel that they learned and will not let another close one slip away.

  The points in this division game is usually a good thing, but AP freaks me out. I'm just happy he is not the same AP of last year.

Because the Bears should be favored thats why.


Growing up in Minny I hate betting on or against the Vikes.

But the last time I took them at -3 to -5 was earlier this year at home against the Panthers.

The line was 2 1/2 now 5 everyone and their brothers are going Minn this is sunday night NFL/WWF the huge Favorite usually never comes through on Sun and Monday.

Dude, Vikes have a hell of a running game. But I do agree that people are overlooking both defenses just because it's a primetime game.

I'm taking the Vikes because it is a home game. Here are my reasons why:

1. Chicago is used to playing on grass; dome will favor Minny.

2. Chicago is playing it's THIRD game on the road in a row. They're going to be flat.

3. Emotion; Vikes need revenge. Big home field advantage. Adrian Peterson destroys a banged up Chicago D.

my one problem with the under is that when they played 6 weeks ago they scored 89 total points explain to me what has changed in those weeks that makes this go under 41

Minn -5 and the under 42.5...No teams has covered/won the same opponent twice this season except pitts 2-0 against cinn...see the trend it has been money...heres a few example

sea vs sf 1-1
dal vs wash 1-1
den vs oak 1-1
NE vs mia 1-1

I like the over regardless of how too good to be true it seems.  AP will explode.  Not sure where you are getting the Bears have a good D, they are one of the worst in the league, and have some injuries.  I have to be around the Bears talk all day everyday, and even the homers here know this is an old and beat up D.  Not to mention the Vikings will fall back 2 games if they lose since they will have lost both head-to-head matchups.  On top of it, they are 4-1 at home.  I teased the Bears to 11.5, but think the Vikings take this in the 4th quarter

If you do the research the viking are rated higher on defence than the bears they have the same record there considered the underdog in this game  are you a homer. i like the vikes straight up
