the mic-uped. "Now listen. No penalties! No penalties! Do your job! Give them a chance! No penalties!" Did he really say that? I rewound it and listened real close. Yes, he said this. He was talking to the defense as the Saints were kicking off leading 27-21 and of course the Texans scored in 2 plays 75 yards.

Wait a minute. The Saints were winning 27-21. Why would he be saying. "Give him a chance". Meaning their kicker. The Saints were winning. I still sticking with what I heard.

The Saints were kicking off leading 27-21. He was talking to his defense. And he said this. Then the Texans scored in 2 plays 75 yards to take the lead 28-27. He said. " Give them a chance". Very strange

You sure this was to the defense? Can anyone get confirmation of this??
Yes it was the offense because 89 Hill was at the huddle when Peyton was giving his Tom Hanks leadership speech like saving private Ryan....while Crennel for the Texans couldn’t figure out man to man press coverage instead calls prevent like most coaches at end of games

He said no penalties, give him a chance when it was tied up right before the xp. As in give the kicker a chance to miss it on his own, don't fukk it up and get a penalty that gives them a re-kick or shorter attempt. That's why they brought it up that Peyton was mic'ed up and replayed it right after the penalty.
It's nice to have a president with balls and a first lady without them.

That was when the Saints were losing 28-27....tell his offense no flags and give them a chance for a FG....wow, the clowns on this site
This... because they just had a bad penalty on roughing the kicker when the Texans missed the extra point. The kick was already missed before he slid into the kicker, huge mistake.
They were down 27-28 and about to start their offensive drive when he said that. 50 seconds left to drive down the field and kick a field goal. Warning them no penalties no matter what, can't afford that.
Stop being idiots
