P.S and I am a certified hater...............of the niners but you have to give credit when it is due they are the more well rounded team on both sides of the ball..........now that being said I love the under more in this game and that would lead me to believe in the playoffs defense and being able to smash the football down the Packers throats wins these types of games!  The Packers are a legitimate threat throwing the ball but unless they somehow have come up with some recipe to stop the run I just see 49ers getting the edge here even on the road in the cold weather!

Eddie Lacy is healthy?  I don&#x27;t think this extreme cold helps either team.  This will most likely be the 3rd or 4th coldest game EVER played in the NFL.  Neither team knows what that&#x27;s like.

yeah Sf is a more complete team ill give you that. but ill take green bay at home with the better qb. there are upsets in the nfl all time and even more wild card week. People can talk garbage to me that im a jets fan, but you guys must of forgotten that the jets beat Tom brady and peyton manning in the playoffs ... with mark sanchez as our quarterback.

niners D vs packs D is night and day. packs near miracle win over rival bears and suddenly their hot? i'll give them credit if it was against a good team, a la ravens over broncos last year, but c'mon it was against the bears! plus hot teams who make good playoff runs have good defense. packers defense is awful. rodgers doesn't want to get hit, lacy limping half the time. me thinks packs left it all on soldier field.

Lack of defense is the number one reason. Not to mention SF has completely owned them the past two years. Something in my gut is saying roll with GB, but this might be one of the few times my brain overrules my gut. SF should really have their way with GB. Plus the pressure they will put on Rodgers worries me as his collarbone still has to be a concern. Not that they are gonna knock him out of the game, but 5-6 hits early in the game can really make Rodgers think about it a bit.

Every way i look at this game ends up looking at a 49ERS win. The biggest rival in the NFL right now is the Seahawks and 49ERS. Lacy and Rodgers are far from healthy. Let alone the Packers defense is hurtin as well. 9ERS receiving core is one of the best in the league. Frank Gore when used has ran very well and if he got as many carries as Lacy he would have just as good of numbers as him. And last but not least the 9ERS defense is great. 49ERS 24 Packers 17
