If Rivers can shred Chiefs D, so can Peyton. The good thing that i saw from Chiefs loss was that they could throw the damn ball. Denver D is just as garbage as Chargers'. So they should cover this game . Love the over though.

Its the battle for the division and seeding, there s no hangover here. Its do or die time! I m pretty sure both sides are ready to bounce back after last minute losses .

Took my 8 year old son to the Chargers/Bengals game this afternoon and he was pumped as hell since it was his first NFL game. As we sat in our seats I kept one eye on the game at hand and the other on the Jumbotron watching for a score on the Broncos/Chiefs game.
You see, I had the Broncos as the 3rd leg in about 6 different teasers totally roughly $3K. I mention the $3K not to shoot my mouth off about the $$ because I know there are many who bet much more than that (but others that bet much less as well)...I mention it because my whole bankroll is about $9K and to have 1/3 of my bankroll held in the balance over one game is insane even to the most liberal money manager.
Long story short (I know, too late ), as I look up and see Denver now down 21-7 sitting on the 35 yrd line with my son at the game, I immediately get that sick feeling in my belly over their/my impending doom (and worse, at the exact same time that I'm supposed to be watching and enjoying a football game with my son). I tell myself everything.... "you greedy person", "you're a donkey for betting 1/3 of your bankroll, "you should have bet $300 and not sweat a game I can't even watch and just enjoy the game with my little guy", etc...
At halftime, I call my book like the true degenerate that I am and put $300 on the Broncos -4.5 for the 2nd half, hope for the best and enjoy the next 2 hours with my son at the Chargers game never once (believe it or not) looking up at the scoreboard letting the chips fall where they may in the Broncos Game.
As we boarded the train to go home at Qualcomm, we look up to see the last play of the Denver/Chiefs game on a makeshift mini-Jumbotron they have in the parking lot. I smile to myself as I read the final Denver 35 Chiefs 28.
I cashed on all 6 of my teasers using Denver, boarded the train, and headed home with my son.
I'm getting too old for this shi t. But man is it good when you win.
