1-2 last night. CAR took 50 shots and had a ton of PP minutes and had 1 goal to show for it. That game missed covering 5.5 by one goal. VGK/ANA couldnt net one more goal even after shooting almost 70 SOG between them. I thought VGK might clear the 5.5 on their own in that game but the promising part is those games only missed by 1 goal. The Kings game covering last night fit into the chart so continuing to add positive information is a good thing! The bad part was I did not include it in the games that I picked to play last night . With the plays I have posted from my O/U chart I am 2-5 since starting to post them. 2 of the losses were one goal away from clearing the 5.5 total that was played and the other was the 3-1 LAK/CAL game which LAK really shit the bed on the road in that one IMHO. Hopefully I can keep moving in a positive direction.
For tonight - Its a little juicy. will write up shortly getting dinner order together.
PHI/OTT O5.5 -125
NJD/FLA O5.5 -140

PHI/OTT O5.5 -125 - Teams have a 6 total goals per game average. I have it as a 59% chance to go over 5.5 which is lower than I would like to see to make a play strictly on my chart BUT, there is other information I think points to a higher scoring game. O/U is 5-4-1 over the L10 for these but the last four meetings are more important viable for current line ups. The last four meetings between them have covered the 5.5 mark each of the last four games. Flyers have gone over the L2 games from sloppy defense and have gone over 6-4 in the L10. Meanwhile OTT has played a little tighter over the L5 only clearing the 5.5 total 2 out of the last 4. Flyers net minder tonight has a 4 GAA while the OTT netminder only a 2.5 GAA. Basically, we just need these teams to be their average selves tonight and there is a shot to cover 5.5.
NJD/FLA O5.5 -140 - Previous game NJD won in the FLA house. Now this either goes one of two ways, FLA comes back pissed and scores 6 themselves to show proof of dominance OR they realize the devils went right through Georgia, they were in a bind are losing to San Jose, play some really tight defense on home ice. I have this game at 71% to clear 5.5 goals. FLA was on a 6 game streak of clearing 5.5 goals and had eclipsed the 5.5 mark in 8 of the last 10 games before the recent meeting with the devils. on the other side NJD had cleared the 5.5 mark 6 out of their L10 but has recently been playing tighter. Hope this one is wide open and the net minder take the night off.
STL/BUFF O5.5 -150 - 69% chance is what I came up with for this one to go over 5.5. STL starting net minder has a 3.26 GAA and for BUF we get the 1-4 Devon Levi with a 4.1 GAA. The Over has hit 8-2-0 in the L10 between these two. Sabers have had games that went over the 5.5 mark 8 out of the last 10 games where STL has clear 5.5 in their games 6 out of the L10.
MON/MIN O5.5 -160 - 62% chance is where I had this one to go over 5.5. The average goals per game this season for these two teams is 6.5. Neither of the goalies have been terribly bad so that is a little bothersome but MIN has seen 8 of their L10 go over totals of 5.5 and MON has seen 7 of their last 8 results go over 5.5 as well. Including a 7 goal mid day effort on the road in buffalo from which the starting goaltended for MON was pulled from the game.. MON is 10-6 on the Over this year and the wild are getting back from a 3 game road trip where they lost to CHI. Tired legs may give up goals, but a winning team will not want to drop 2 in a row so I am thinking the winning team will need 3 or more and have a shot at an empty net for a 4-2 score.
BOL on all your plays. Ill be reading through as the night goes on. Cheer everyone! tomorrow is FRIDAY!!!

3-1 Tonight to move my posted record of O/U chart plays 5-6 for this week. MIN was not messing around tonight after losing a close one the other night to CHI. Just needed MON to make it a game for a shot at the O5.5. Picking sides has been pretty tough this month, 6.5 not hitting as much so ill keep enjoying anyone scoring and finding my favorite Over 5.5 plays. Hope I can find a couple plays tomorrow to get the W/L in the plus on the W side. "Small strides at first."
If you havent make sure you are checking out the rest of the forum for advice. These folks in here are great for discussion and have been for a long time. Also, a big thanks to RSUSports for posting his parlays again. Ive been fortunate enough to tail on his last two which have both been winners. They are not always conventional plays but he has a knack for picking them!
THANK YOU RSU! Cheers yall! BTW What a win for the Flyers on the road!
