2-6-20 Puck Talk and info (Swiss Cheese ?)

Question

The Leafs pull the trigger for another backup goaltender, the Rangers scored twice in 6 seconds...Ahem....refer back the Leafs comment. The B's get away with a win they shouldn't have had.

We have a possible Swiss Cheese play today

Wings (Howard) at Sabres (Hutton) Play over 6, but you should be able to find some 5.5's out there.

There is just a ton of juice out there today. Be very careful, because two or 3 of them will go down

OK, we have a 1st time goaltender starting for Buffalo tonight..Now he did play half a game last time, but did not start.The first time play kicks in over the Swiss Cheese play.  To take Buffalo reduced juice. -.5 -1.

Busy week and not much time to post.

Flyers have scored 4 or more in 6 of last 10 meeting with Devils, including the last 3 straight. Devils have allowed 4 or more in 6 of their last 10 games. See where I am going....

Florida has allowed 3 or more goals in 7 of last 10 games. VGK has scored 3 plus in 3 of the 4 meeting with Florida. The big question to me is what has the Knights been doing in Florida with their extra day off? Vegas tt??

Still looking at others...it is time for the Wild and Canes to get a W. Interesting the 8 of last 10 games vs Pens/Bolts have gone over. I just see this one being a more defensive game tonight.

So you use NBA rules here.  If a player doesn&#x27;t have the puck he can&#x27;t be checked ?  Really ?Someone else have some input.  Maybe it&#x27;s a bit late.  Will repost this tomorrow

Looked dirty to me unless he didn&#x27;t realize Pettersson got rid of the puck backwards. It&#x27;s always dangerous when you check someone two feet from the boards for exactly the reason Pettersson got injured. He 100% should have been called for interference.I also kind of think Pettersson should not have made himself so vulnerable by expecting no contact at all. He&#x27;s not even thinking he could possibly get checked in that situation which is what adds to the problem. Victim blaming, I know, but you always have to expect to be hit. This one was late and in a dangerous spot.
