Hope ya hit… should be a great 3rd Fla tad flat to start… we’ll see. I’m sure reality has hit them a bit… and if they lose this game.. it gets kinda real now. Hope ya hit.

My 2 cents:
If Florida doesn't win this series in game 6, it doesn't win this series. They've played tight at home all playoffs, that's why their road record (6-2) dwarfs their home record (5-4) since they've started playing decent teams (R2 onwards). More than once in different games I've heard the announcers talk about how the Florida coach has broached this reality, and what he's done to try to alleviate it. That Florida won the opening home games of this series comfortably I believe is down to the Oilers stage fright. That stage fright is over & done with.
The Oilers biggest challenge is game 6. Not simply because Florida is more comfortable playing away from home, but because their two wins have come while playing for nothing, since any realistic belief they had to win the series *died* in losing game 3 to go down 3-0. They played games 4 & 5 as dead-men-skating = pressure off. Now they have to win with something on the line again (the possibility of a winner-takes-all game 7), something they failed to achieve in any of the first 3 games when the same condition last applied.
So IMO if you like the Oilers to win game 6, pass on their ml and take them to win the series. I'd not back the Over, since this coming game will be tighter than a virgin's a**hole. Game 7 will revisit Over-land if it's needed, because Florida will choke it away.

Nice write up mah man @sandique
Now pertaining to your last paragraph this series may become I’d say “Tight as a Water crabs a*s*s” it’s something to think about for sure.

If Mcdavid plays like game 4 and 5 in game 6. I don’t think it will matter the Panthers will be going back to Florida for game 7. Skinner has outplayed Bob in the series I think as well. The first 3 games the Oilers had lots of chances they hit posts crossbars and missed great chances. The other factor is 29 has done nothing and this series is now 3 to 2. If he wakes along with McDavid the Panthers have more problems. The best player in the game on both teams is 97 and he will be the reason they do go to game 7.

might make an in game play instead game 6. the ref angle was working at over 80% clip. when they called the penalty at 7 min left in the game
and also took tkachuk to the box for embellishment i knew the refs had a diff agenda. early in the game oilers had 6 maybe 7 guys on the ice. the crowd and fla were frantically making noise and hand gestures to the ref and still no call.
the refs deffy was not helping fla like i thought they would. must have been an abnormal amount of money on fla to make them call the embellishment especially.
there are reports that very few are tuning into the games on tv in comparison to other years.
fla sure didnt play mcdavid very well either.
leaning edmonton to win g6. maybe gary does want a mcdavid legacy to start?
oilers have come out hard every game to get the lead these last 2 shows it on the scoreboard. florida starts the game
seemingly flat footed and disinterested.
perhaps a 1p bet on oilers is warranted for game 6

I concur on the play… come out and play like they did in the third period… I still like fla… have decent sized series wager on them. I think you’ll see the best of Florida in both these games… gotta have a tad luck too… a round puck going 90 mph… can be unpredictable
