Nice hit on the Avs. I was on them myself and was a little surprised how bad of a start they had more than halfway through the 1st, but they dominated after that. Looks like Varlamov might be done for a while though. Needed to get helped off the ice with 5 minutes to go. I didn't see it but I hope he can make it back. Their playoff chances go up in flames with him if he's gone, and I would like to see them in it. Fun team to watch, horrible break.
i took ages too. -1.5 big hit

I ended up taking the canes reverse puckline which payed good 5 to 1. for rangers instead i decided to play conservative and take +1.5 in a parlay but these bums couldnt even pull that off. they had a chance until that tampa empty netter was 5-3 i had a glimmer of hope
Have you been on any of their overs instead of the side? The overs haven't been losing. I think its 9-1-1 now last 11.

I'm passing on the following play with the news of Reimer getting the nod over Luongo, but here' my initial write-up as food for thought:
FLA +150 Classic let-down situation for The Bruins here. They’ve played 8 of their last 9 on the road. First game back after a 4-game trip is the biggest game of their season to date against Tampa, wherein a win vaults them to the top of the division. They won. Now a potential letdown here before ramping up for two more games against Tampa in the final week. The young Panthers find themselves 3 points out of the final wild card with a game in hand. They desperately need these points and they also need to show Boston that they can hang with the contenders—they play Boston 3 of their final 6 games (nice scheduling NHL!).
*Luongo has solid home/road splits this year, but Reimer, who has been adequate for Florida, sees his road stats fall to a .910 Save% and 3.03 GAA

CLB -1/2 -135 After their 10-game winning streak was snapped, The Jackets rebounded to win their next two games with a 12-4 combined score. They’ve shown no complacency or let up collecting points since the first week of March. They get to play the suddenly resurgent Canucks team who have won 4 of 5. However, of those wins, they’ve beaten teams like EDM, CHI and DAL. The other win, surprisingly came against Anaheim, but to be fair, they caught the Ducks at the tail end of a 4-game road trip with the Ducks likely looking ahead to the big game against The Kings. Now this pop-gun offense has to breach a formidable Columbus team that since March 4, have won 12 of 13 and outscored teams 55 (4.23) to 28 (2.15). Thatcher Demko?!
NYR/CAR over 6 -110 I can’t keep posting the same thing over and over again. What I’ll say is simple: The over has a record of 9-1-1 in the last 11 for The Blueshirts. They score but give up an absurd amount of chances against. They gave up 50 SOG again yesterday and now play the second of a back-to-back which means more lethargy in their own zone. Since the trade deadline, they’ve given up an average of over 40 SOG per game and if not for very strong goalie performances their average 3.6 GA per game would be much higher. Hurricanes have averaged 4.4 GF over their last 5 games and combined with their own miserable goaltending, this should be a game with a lot of scoring chances on both ends.
NASH -1 ½ -120 I originally penciled in Nashville on my sheet. Then I realized that they’ve pretty much locked up the division—not mathematically but things would have to go really bad for them to lose it. Then leaned the big dog money on Buffalo. But, looking at Nashville’s schedule and the fact they need a few more points to truly clinch the division, I think this is the game they go all out to do it instead of leaving it to chance going forward against a schedule of @Tampa, @Florida, @Washington, Columbus. And for Buffalo, a team I took the other night, citing how they’ve played better than their record, produced an absolute stink-bomb against Detroit on home ice…so fcuk ‘em. Go Preds!

EDM -105 This is a continued fade on the Flames downward spiral. The Flames offense just doesn’t have the talent in the lineup to score goals at this point. They have netted only 4 in their last 6 games. The’ve only scored more than 2 goals ONCE in their last 10 games. Connor McDavid should be able to outscore this team by himself. Maybe he’ll try. Sit every other Oiler player and just run a 5 on 1 for 60 minutes. I’m curious!
NYI/NJD over 6 -120 I’ve had some bad luck betting the over of Islander games. Every time I bet them it seems I get denied by a great goalie performance or just one of those games. Then I get gun-shy and they hit the over 3 or 4 games in a row. I pop back up and its an under. *throws hands up in the air* Anyway, similar to The Rangers the Isles have offensive talent but lack anyone that understands defense. Add poor goaltending overall and its prime over material (usually). Halak has a Save% that hovers at .900 on the road and Corey Schneider hasn’t been himself for a long while now. He’s lost his last 10 games and compiled an .869 Save% and 3.96 GAA in that span. Islanders have given up 38 goals in their last 9 (4.20) and New Jersey has scored 40 in their last 11 (3.6). *Gibson might start as he always does when I’m under the impression Halak will be in net—bet remains regardless*
Good luck, everyone! Find Easter eggs, win money this weekend!

STL -135 The Blues are in playoff position, holding the final wild card on the strength of an 8-1-1 stretch. Jake Allen has started all those games and posted a .912 Save% which isn’t overwhelming but gets dragged down by both losses, and a 2.28 GAA. For Arizona, its their first game back after a long 6-game road trip over that spanned only 9 nights, in a lost season. Its also the Coyotes 3 game in 4 nights.

Thank God this is my lastday betting this terrible time of the year. Buffalo gets whipped at home by lowly Detroit then down 1-3 to Nashville then scores 5-straight on Rinne? Get the FCUK out of here. Rangers give up 40+ shots again and yet 2-1 final. Get the FCUK out of here. Who the fcuk started for Vancounver? They won? Get the FCUK out of here.
i need Nashville to finish a 16K winning parlay. Can they come back?
Omg

The lion and the tiger may be more powerful, but the wolf doesn't perform in the circus.
