Placed a bet and later found out it was placed twice.  Contacted them &#xD;&#xA;via chat and the agent acknowledged it was a system error but I needed &#xD;&#xA;to contact wagering.  Contacted wagering and the "supervisor" stated it &#xD;&#xA;was my issue and there was nothing he would do.  I usually put at least &#xD;&#xA;$500/month and sometimes over $1K/month and been with them for over 1 &#xD;&#xA;year.  It was just a $50 bet and now I know.  Don&#x27;t recommend using this&#xD;&#xA; site !

Better yet, go back and speak to that same wagering manager and tell him you're going to post what occurred online in a number of sports forums for all to read. That normally hits home.

I would also speak to the head honcho, the manager above this jerk and explain what happened to see if you get some satisfaction. I certainly wouldn't let this go without retribution of some kind.

Wow, every one of these casinos is freakin so greedy, to care about $50?! Insanity. They must be hooked on some very expensive drugs!!
