 If you see that happen and not everybody watches every game of course but cash out early if you can before any goals gets scored..

Don't disagree with you on the inconsistency, and whether it happens at 5 minutes to go, or three, or two, is just part of knowing the teams/coaches/tendencies.  Expecting consistency in any sport can be dangerous to your wallet.  NFL: 2 pt conversions in a situation where most would say take the extra point.  MLB: Fielding shifts.  None of that happened 10-15 years ago, yet now it happens a lot.   Just another element to cap when you handicap the game/sport/coach. 

I just avoid Unders in general now, so it (EN Goal) is not an element I care much about.  If I cap a game as an Over, it is not reliant upon EN goals, its because I think each team is capable of scoring multiple goals 5 on 5, with a good shot at a PP goal on top.  Good luck.peace_5

Also.....I get pulling the goalie when you're down by 1. Having the extra shooter gives you a better chance of scoring & ending in a tie. A tie gives you a much needed point instead of nothing. Plus, who knows what can happen in OT & a shootout. You could get the win & the second point.

Your only risk is you lose by 2 on an empty net shot.
