I know it's the playoffs but the first couple of games are usually a little more wide open and it get much tighter as the series move along. I will probably parlay a couple of alterative totals at over 4.5 as a 2-2 tie is guaranteed a winner. Now just to pick out 2 or 3 that can get there?
Three I am looking at are Col/Dall....Ott/Tor and Mon/Wash all at over 4.5 pays +120.
Any thoughts on some of these totals?
It's the greatest time of the year for us hockey fans. This years cup run is as wide open as I can remember. Some epic matchups to start the fun!
You learn more from losing than winning. You learn how to keep going.

NHL.com has it's fun bracket challenge up and running again this year, go check it out. You can add as many brackets as you want. It adds to the fun. Can anyone pick a perfect bracket?

I am one to tread lightly on overs in the playoffs. Things get much more defensive but to each their own.
They usually start out fairly high scoring but the longer the series goes on the lower the scores seem to be. Very few high scoring game seven's for an example.

Yeah I have seen this happen. I suppose it depends because there are always teams who just freeze up on scoring or a goal tender gets hot. I am erring on series bets in the first round but I understand your perspective.
