Seeing a lot of people banking on Bobby Lou tonight but he'll be backing up. Sanford is a solid backup with a .909 save percentage but I wouldn't lay -200 with the nucks on the back end of a b2b. Add to this that Cris Beach will be making his first start with Van it becomes an even tougher bet to make because its always hard to add players in to the type of system that the Canucks play without at least some practice. GL to all.

Brent Sopel returns tonight for Chicago after missing 7 games(finger). New contract for the defenseman to boot. Hawks starting to get a bit healthy again. Chicago(ml)...  feels like a winner tonight...

I'm sure his ice time will be limited, but I'd assume it will give the team a bit of a boost.  Unfortunately, MN hasn't demonstrated a lot of consistency lately and I'm not sure I want to lay chalk with them on the road.  Chicago has been horrible though lately and MN's offense has been pretty good lately.
