There are Regular season rosters and playoffs ones.  We may be learning which the Panthers are is all.  Only game 1, so might take them a bit to adjust and remember that you aint scoring 5,6,7 goals a game like in Regular season.

Also, they simply dont hit as much regualr season.  82 games is too many to play the style they are playing here.  50 game season, and you'd see every regular season games like these.  But too much $$$ to be made on 82

 its the hitting, and its the pace of play in general

you can see in the nyr/pens game everyone flying around at top speed, every shift

scary thing for panthers is the game has been the least intense/playoff-like of all the games so far
