local newspaper says the coach for the Ducks is the right man for the job in this short season, i took the Ducks in Vegas before that only because their depth is so deep... Ducks 20-1

Never fade the Canes  Not much is expected of them and they have alot of people to prove wrong this year

Wild are hit or miss granted but I am leaning towards the Rangers pulling together and doing well also

Even Pinnacle has nothing, this is getting really lame.

How hard is it to just copy the Vegas odds that are out there.

I love all the non-love for the Blues by the "experts".  Tarasenko is another Federov, kid is sick.  Our top 3 lines are second to none, and our defense only just got stronger with the addition of Wade Redden. Two #1 goalies is only another thing to make us stronger with all these games a week.  Chris Stewart lost 20 pounds from last year and it showed in game 1 with his two goals and extra pep in his step.  This team is designed to win now and won't be the least bit shocked if we hoist Lord Stanleys Cup for the first time.  This city has been waiting for 50 years and will go insane when this happens.

i play the futures every year.  killed it last yr with phoenix.  remember, you are not wagering on what you think that team will do, but what the future odds will be.  i took the coyotes to win the west at 50-1 during midseason when they were in the 10th spot but making a move in feb.  i was really just betting that they would make the playoffs.  once the playoffs start, you can hedge big against it with the series prices to lock in profit.  you have to look around different books for the best odds.  many of them do not update regularly so you can find great value.  5 dimes is way too short on most of the favorites right now.  i just made some investments today.  oddsmaker has the blues at 7-1 to win the west so i grabbed it.  5 dimes and sportsbetting.com has them at 4-1 or 5-1.  i also took the sharks at 10-1 to win the west and 20-1 to win the cup.  i did not see any longshots worth a bite right now.
