Or has this been a relatively boring hockey playoff season so far? Feels like it to me. Possibly because the Pens weren't in it for me too. But, especially these finals have been boring so far. Tonight is great for Fla fans and I want them to win the cup. But gonna be a sweep now. I should have just taken the over! Damn! Just thought maybe a 3-2 Oilers win

Sort of ironic a team from Florida (generally thought if as hot) providing they hang on to win tonight, is on the edge of winning the Stanley Cup.  Hockey, to me, makes me think of cold cities/states.

First Round of the Playoffs way back in April is the really exciting hockey where teams are hungry and fans are most electric!!! Now you got these Superstars going out there for a skate while the Bookies collect BIG on all the Unders cashing in for the past month

Ugh. Just frickin boring. But yeah the first round is always fun even if just because of how many games are on and multiple every day.

Florida is up 4-1 after two.  Not saying it's a win but right now, I can't/don't see Edmonton winning in regulation (if at all).

Hasn't been a sweep since the 4 yrs in a row from 95-98

Unless they score within the first 5 minutes of the 3rd then it's over and can't allow another goal

Then if they lose they'll just wanna get it over with by game 4 rather than go back to Fla. Unless Fla doesn't play hard game 4 and wants to win it at home

Now if Oilers were to come back and win this game or even tie it? That'd be exciting. 

Yes it would but with the flow of the game so far, I don't think regulation would be enough time for them.  Who knows?  Certainly not I, that's why they play the games and run the races.

That's a start. Get at least one more by the 4 or 5 minute mark and there's a chance for OT!

That goal was lucky but it gave em hope.

If/when the Oilers pull their goalie, I fully expect another goal by the Panthers.  

It's a wrap. And definitely an empty netter from Fla since they'll have to pull him with 4 mins to go or so down by 2. Don't see another one coming be4 then. Time ticking away fast! That 4th goal was the dagger

I also think McDavid is overrated! It's showing here in the finals. He's a better skater then a goal scorer that's for sure. 

Holy chit Batman, from the point Edmonton is now trailing by a goal.  About 5:30 left in regulation.

Well hopefully this isn't all for nothing and they can force overtime. Gonna need another deflection or something since it seems to be the only way they're gonna score.

Oilers need that extra attacker.

I'd like to think Edmonton won't give up for game 4 since this isn't the NBA and anything can happen in hockey, or just playing not to get swept, but gonna be hard to turn down Fla plus money next game

Game four will be a multi unit bet/ticket/wager for me.  

mc David is decent but I agree he’s a bit overrated… but this Skinner guy is absolutely abhorrent. With a goalie like that … my goodness

 No.  Hockey players give max effort every game.  You saw the Celtics effort last night.  NBA players are the softest bunch of athletes in any major North American sport.  Soccer players carry that torch for the rest of the world.
