Playing the overs/unders today
** Anaheim vs Toronto: take over 5.5 for -125 **
2 top 10 offenses, Toronto's D is very suspect and Hiller is awful against this team posting 0-4 and a 4.84 GAA. Leafs overs are 17-7-2 last 26. Leafs overs are 7-3 last 10 road games.
For the Ducks, this team rebounds when scoring 2 or less in the previous game. The over has gone 4-1 last 5 in this situation. Historically the over has won last 4 games. Prediction: 4-3 ducks.
** Columbus vs Dallas: take over 5.5 (expected -120) **
Dallas is consistently hitting over recently. Dallas should be very tired, playing a 3rd in 4 nights (over hits 4-1 here) and a 4th game in 6 nights (over 4-1 also). For Columbus, the over is strong following a game of them allowing 2 or less (11-3)
If that's not good enough... Both backup goalies are in. Thomas brings his 3.81 GAA last 8 games w/the cats. Thomas also struggles vs the jackets going 2-2-1 and 3.51 GAA.... As for Columbus they get to star journeyman McElheney , who hasn't started a game since January. Prediction: 5-2 Stars
** Los Angeles vs Calgary: take under 5 for -110 **
Yea I know Quick most likely not starting... It's not like Jones has been bad as a replacement, posting a 1.88 GAA and .934%. I'm not taking the hot kings here because the backup is in and scheduling of a 3rd in 4th night
Historically, the under in this matchup is 17-4-1. Kings are 6-1-4 in this 3rd of 4 night situation. They are also 5-1-2 on 0 days rest. Flames unders have gone 15-6 last 21 at home. The kings have been the most profitable under team in the NHL, no reason to jump off the horse now.m
