olympic tourney -worst of all time

I hate to say it, but that was an exceptionally boring tournament. Honestly, with the exception of the US-Russia game (which was excellent) I cannot recall an entertaining game.

I imagine that there were a lot of reasons for this fact, including Canadian dominance, but this tourney just plain sucked.

I agree....USA-Russia was the only game with excitement.And way to many low scoring games.

Canada vs. Latvia was actually pretty decent. A 2-1 game with out of this world goaltending by the second string Latvian goalie, and a really nice goal scored by Latvia.

completely agree, the tournament was a complete eyesore

absolutely horrific hockey from a entertainment point of view...

if you like stale low scoring hockey then u had a party..it was like a tournament of nj devil clones

i find it hard to imagine many non gamblers actually found a reason to watch the non medal games

at least canada won and i hit my can women and men gold parlay

Pretty much all the women&#x27;s games with the exception of US/Can (Obviously) were absolutely horrific. I watched the Japan/Sweden game and it was the equivalent of watching a bunch of 10 year olds play. And then there was US/Sweden with the shots 70-9! Men&#x27;s had a handful of decent games. The Slovenian team provided some decent entertainment with the "surprise" wins, and Austria was somewhat exciting with Grabner. Although their win against Norway was overshadowed by their "hangover" game against Slovenia.Finland/Sweden was decent, as well as Canada/Latvia game.By far the best game of the tourny was US/Russia. TJ Oshie pulling the "Toews" shootout magic was incredible to watch. Too bad that couldn&#x27;t have been a game later on in the tourny. Definitely a moment that won&#x27;t be forgotten. And boy was Slovakia a disappointment...
