I think this team is to good at home and is not going to let the sharks take them down 3-0 again like last year. Zetterberg and Datysuk will take this game over and i see Jimmy Howard having another amazing game! aswell i see a good game coming from the Wings D , in Lidstrom and Kronwall and Rafalski. Franzen needs to step up his game. I know hes injured but he needs to suck it up.

No chance in Hell Henrik and Pavel take a game over by themselves against a complete San Jose team. The problem with Detroit besides being old and hurt all of the time is that they only have one scoring line. Yeah, Pavel of Henrik might get a point or two but so what? San Jose has 3 complete lines, 2 physical defensive combinations and solid goaltending. You know Detroit is in trouble when their strength is Jimmy Howard. Unfortunately for Detroit, San Jose has defensemen big and strong enough to compete with Franzen and Holmstrom in front of the net. In fact, Murray has owned both of them. Detroit is in trouble.

times like these we fans don't get to see behind closed doors, but not making stevie y a gm in det was a key mistake. if stevie y were still here i would bank on det making a serious comeback in this series. maybe one of the greatest leaders as a player now exec. just look what he has done with lowly tampa this year. detroit looked like pussies getting manhandled on the boards. in fact they didn't even want to go and hustle at all in the corners. they hung howard out to dry. give credit to the sharks, but perhaps det is just throwing in the towel making sharks look 10x better than they are. bertuzzi at his age should not be the only guy showing raw physical emotion. i just think det is too proud not to win the next one. however, if they decide not to battle on the boards again they will go out 4 zip
