Saw far too many of these types of comments: VGK played a horrible team last round. VGK had a hard time with them (they won 4 in a row). EDM is too fast. etc etc
VGK is healthy and very underrated (or was) going into this round. That said, they don't want to get into high scoring affairs with Edmonton.
Also leaned Carolina. Both road teams won the night before so I was banking on the home teams bouncing back a little. Plus NJ got their asses kicked in Game 1 against NYR. But no play in that game as I WANT NJ to win and advance (not a fan of Carolina). Also pulling for Oilers to advance too, they are just fun to watch.
As for tonight, I haven't dug much but the first thought of the day was both teams at home who lost Game 1 will be gunned up. Toronto outplayed Florida but ran into a hot goalie. Dallas just has to be better.

Are the Oilers in trouble?. No. They always lose game 1 in McJesus Era
That's true. They are now 0-5. I'm not counting the Game 1 loss to the Blackhawks in the 2020 bubble because nothing that happened in the bubble should count in the NHL record books.
