Flyers should be around -105 if not favored here. Why is the line -155 on Washington and why is the public on them at that high of a price?
Will have to think more about this one. Smells a lot like the Mon/NYI game. Just a different scenario. Islanders should have been heavier favorites. Everyone was on them. Montreal owned them. Now we have Flyers as a big underdog where they shouldn't be that big... But everyone thinks they are getting a deal with Washington at -155 (because it's so low and should be higher) .... Nope. Not fooling me. I'll probably take flyers. Stay tuned for the play closer to game time.
I turn my W's to M's, yeah I flip those.

Flyers fan here - don't see anything suspect about this line. 15-15-3 on the road, Elliot in net tonight w/ Hart getting the nod at home tomorrow against Canes. This is also a revenge spot for the Caps after getting humiliated 7-2 on their home ice less than a month ago.
Flyers are rolling and look the part of a team primed to make a big playoff run but this is a tough spot for them IMO. I think an OT loss would be a win for them tonight.

Flyers are the 2nd highest scoring team in the NHL since Feb 1 (one goal back of TBL), have the 5th highest P% and have won 8/10 while the Caps 14th in GF and 15th in GA, and have lost 6 of last 10. If the line is suspect it's oh look "free PLUS money". Caps win this, and maybe easily.

Not sure who wins tonight but I love over 2 and a half goals for the Flyers. Caps are pretty much good for giving up 3 goals a night.
At first glance this seems like irrefutable logic the only thing that I would point out is that the weak link on defense, Kempney, who was literally responsible for all three goals against Minnesota is a healthy scratch tonight.
