I like Blues pick as well, but I'd like to hear from ya , AMD why do u like them?

Last night, I was trying to make a play on value alone because the line opened at +165 but after the oddsmakers awoke from their drunken stupor, the line quickly moved to +120. My book happened to open@ +110 this morning so I actually had to study this fukking game and what I see is a Detroit team that still has issues, defensively, match up with a St Louis team that has a lot of depth. If you were to take my analogy based on the last 4 games these teams have played, you'd think I was nuts but I'm not capping tonights game based on last week or even two days ago....simply the matchup tonight. Part of St Louis' problem has been Elliot, he's been a poor puck handler which has gotten St Louis in trouble in their defensive end and he's given up terrible rebounds which has accumilated into goals against. So, while I think Zetterburg is the best player in hockey, I don't think Datsyuk and he will be able to carry the load against the Blues top 2 lines. I actually feel comfortable backing Allen in tonights contest. It's hard to know what we're going to get from him since he's been in Peoria but I do realize that we'll get a better performance from him than the Blues have received from Elliot.

Thanks for that insight, its just what I meant about it, and from now I'm even smarter with that pick on Blues. GL
