The deadline for this cash prize has expired and we have 41 total entries.  Thanks to everyone who posted a prediction for a shot at $500.  

Player predictions will advance through the following qualifiers:

1.  Predict both the winning and losing teams.  If no player predicts both the winning and losing teams then -

2.  Predict the winning team only.  If no player predicts the winning team then -

3.  Predict the losing team only.  If no player predicts the losing team then - 

4.  Predict any team to appear in the game, win or lose.  This will only apply to players who picked ATL, CIN, DEN, GB or MIN, as all other teams were picked as both winners and losers.  If no player correctly picks any team to appear in the game then - 

4.  Predict the winning conference (NFC / AFC).  There are 29 NFC winners and 12 AFC winners.

Depending on how the above qualifiers play out, here are the tiebreaking scenarios regarding final score:

1.  Predicted margin of victory without exceeding the final score margin of victory.  If players are still tied then -

2.  Predicted game point total without exceeding the final score game point total.  If players are still tied than - 

3.  Tied player with the best overall win percentage for the entire season.


That's it.  I will post updates as we move through the season and provide a concise breakdown of live player predictions prior to the game.

If there are any questions regarding the above processes to determine our winner, please post them on this thread.

Sorry CharmCiti but rules is rules.  All predictions needed to be in before Week Five kicked off last Thursday.  I like the Ravens pick but unfortunately it won't count.  GL on the rest of your season.

As we head into the playoffs...

24 players have two live teams

14 players have one live team

3 players have no live teams and are out of it 

UNLESS

the Chargers, Colts or Texans play the Cowboys, Eagles or Seahawks.  Then it will open back up to everyone and come down to final score tiebreakers.
