Hey guys,
I'm thinking of running a " Head to Head" NCAA BB step ladder cash pool tourney..where each round you win & move on...this would run in 2 week slots..I will set it up as to only a certain amount of picks can be made in that 2 week period..you're going to have to make a MIN amount of picks each 2 week period to be able to move on if you win & get to the next round...after each 2 week period the amount of Max picks each round will go down..So here's just an example below of what I'm thinking.
Example...Week 1..80 Max picks can be made in 2 week period..then you need to make MIN 50 picks to qualify for next round if you beat your opponent
Week 2..70 Max picks can be made in 2 week period..then you need to make MIN 40 picks to qualify for next round if you beat your opponent
If you fail to make the MIN picks...your opponent will win regardless of what his unit total is..you will be dq'd..
At the start of each round each player who faces off head to head will give me what number of wins that they think they can reach each 2 week period in case of a tie..
The person who gets closest to that number will move on to the next round if for some reason they end up tied with their opponent after 2 weeks..
If we can get enough guys then I will run this & see how it goes..I would like to do this for MLB also this season..
