As nobody seem to be posting AFL plays anymore, I'd thought I'll give it a shot, even although this is my second season following the sport (behind NFL, my second fav sport to wager on) - All bets and odds derived from centrebet:-

like both Eagles and Blues tonight, still deciding on the Blues under 39.5 points or whether to go with North +23.5 points. I played North a few weeks back when they were up against Collingwood and they completely gave up after halftime, but Brad Scott is a coach that would have made sure that game is replayed to the team every single morning they come in for training so it were to never happen again. I get the feeling North know this is their 2nd chance to seriously take down a top 4 side and also take a huge step forward in playing finals footy. I just don't believe Carlton is as good as what the media make them out to be because they do get beaten against teams with decent midfield clearances, tall forward lines and a ruck stock that can null Kreuzers influence which is exactly what North Melbourne have got. I can't see Blues winning by much at all and if anything this could be the gmatch of the round tonight but I also know there's a chance North win this game so I'm gonna play North Melbourne +23.5

West Coast Eagles is strange line...only 1 goal favourites against a team that has consolidated defeat for 2011 and put some of their best players in cotton wool and get them prepared for season 2012 I know Eagles are playing at Etihad and it's a ground that the Bulldogs love to play but they have too much going for them right now and also their tall forward line will be far too much for the Dogs inept defenders. I also like the Eagles defenders as Glass will stop Hall from kicking any more than 3 or 4 goals and Waters will do the job on Giansiracusa. Eagles by 33 points I reckon.

yep, if it's close which it will be then I believe Judd could be the difference in getting it clear but really, really good chance for North Melbourne to pinch this game in the final minutes imo. Gotta take the 4 goals head start which I did. Carlton may come out and do what they did to Essendon last week but I doubt they will get 8 goals from Betts this week and North Melbourne are playing for finals. Gonna be a terrific match
