such a shame we got compulsive gamblers following these types of people's plays every weekwhen they predict these types of things for a proven champion team full of underrated superstars such as Kelly, Corey, Bartel and Enright.

none on of you and I mean none of you would believe me if I said James Kelly is one of the top 10 midfielders in the AFL. Jimmy Bartel is one of the 10 best players in the AFL. Joel Corey is a better football player than Scott Pendlebury as you will see coming up in the preliminary final and then the grand final. Corey Enright is amongst the top 5 defensive players in the AFL.

Isn't there a Cats supporters forum? Because I think Geelong has mistaken covers (i.e. a gamblers forum) to a supporters forum.
Anyway let him have this moment in the sun because when it comes to crunch time, Magpies will kill these pretenders off. That's if the Cats get to the GF

Gee, having to put up with your dribble you make collingwood supporters more tolerable

1 more win and they play in the grand final, whoever got on them when those odds came out are gonna have a pretty happy day
Well Geelong luckily for myself & bro we put down a decent wager on the future bet in round 5 after odds dropped slightly to $8.70 for Geelong to win it, thus far it's going to plan. I would not get ahead of yourself though
The club have been here before and got done remember the 2008 GF?
As long as there no injuries we will be sitting in reasonable shape.

Hopefully the Cats beat the Eagles (they should pretty easily). It will make the Pies going back to back even more sweeter when they beat them next week

The real shame here is we have idiots like you who get too emotional about their team when others have a differing opinion about them to yourself.

Finally a Cats supporter with a sensible post. Firstly congrats with your pre season bet on the Cats, I don't believe they will win but at least you are in a position to hedge next week (again assuming they beat the Eagles today) should you choose to.

no disrespect pregame but who has taken the 2nd most contested marks and number one in the AFL for marks inside forward 50 and kicked 50 goals for the year and has not even been mentioned one iota the past week and no mention whatsoever for All-Australian selection?
Podsiadly Another reason why Geelong win and win it easy today along with the match next week. They have too many underrated players who are absolutely brilliant and would be getting media accolades had they be playing in a team like Carlton, Collingwood or Richmond who are easily accessible to the media. Last year's loss was because the club had major issues and you saw what happened with St Kilda this year and the coach not being commited to the cause...players aren't stupid, they feel the unsettled nature of the business. Geelong had injuries to a stack of players as well which no one apart from Geelong fans know all to well about. Geelong today by 45 and then by 23 next week.
