Cats -21.5 Smallish line for cats, better team and after having simliar lines set for teams like Hawthorn recently i'll be happy to take against Adelaide despite being on road. Cats beat them by 50 points there last year and IMO adelaide despite playing well lately they haven't improved since then. Hawks were also in good form last week before facing Cats having won L7, as Miracle1976 pointed out it was a tough game last week but i'm confident they'll be up for this. Cats a step up from Adelaide's recent opposition and strengthened this week by Corey and Mooney in to help Pods up forward. If the line was over 5 goals I'd pass on this match but quite happy to lay the points with lowish spread.
More to come, good luck.

I should also mention Adelaide did play Cats close at Geelong late last year but at that stage (after round 14) they were focused on finals which was well planned.

Cats will know that they have a good opportunity to again be a game ahead of the rest of the competition as either Saints or Collingwood will lose a match. A 4 goal win is really a close match in the bookies eyes but I think it's safe to assume Geelong are a 5 to 7 goal better side than the Crows. Watch for Ablett to have a near 40 possession game and I'm not sure myself whether to take Cats 1-39 or Cats -22

ecoute, Ablett didn't show anything until the last qtr. There were talks of him injured apparently during the day and possibly not a starter, he certainly didn't look fit. sigh...

St.Kilda -4.5 Pies are playing well enough to keep their fans happy but they have struggled against the Saints and I don't think they will kick a winning score.
West Coast +17.5 Simply don't think there is too much between these sides at the moment so i'll take the three goal head start.
Western Bulldogs -32.5
May add comments, selections later. Also looking at the Kangaroos this week but need to research more yet.

wow i was the only one in my work tipping comp to tip the eagles out of some 30 tipsters. puts me clear on top, a risk but i saw it a 50-50 for some reason

3-2 so far this weekend after good night so hopefully finish off strong, been thinking a lot about today's games.
Very very close to taking the points with Sydney but think I'm going to stay away from this game. Anything really could happen, on last week's performances you'd go with the swans but I'm expecting Carlton to get up for this one.
North Melbourne +4.5 I just think they (North) are a little bit more of a consistent side and still have finals in their sights, they don't under perform too often IMO. I quite rate a few of their key defenders and feel Riewoldt wont get away too far today. Midfield North will certainly match it with Richmond despite the absence of Ziebell. I tipped the tigers against Sydney but not going to get caught up in the hype today. Go North today.
Freo -26.5 Fremantle need a consolidating win after the loss of Barlow and here is their chance, a win here will put them back in the top 4 and really their percentage could be a problem come finals times when you compare to the Bulldogs. I think Fremantle have every reason to win big today, 40 point win.
