hawks have there strongest team of the year missing no one..magies are missing a few rocca johnson shaw wakelin.wakelin being rested in this game is a big loss as there gos the most experienced defender on the magies against franklin roughhead williams crawford rioli and bateman.magies form the last 6 weeks has been ordinary while hawks have done well all season...last meeting in rnd 7 at the mcg this year the hawks won 154-89(65pts)..with a similar team to the one they have for this game.

just like freo to beat wc.everything else the lines look about right could go either way in them games...freo have a strong squad named while wc are missing 2 key playas still...and freos favorite son is playing his last game..they will have alot of confidence after beating port at aami without pavlich.

bookies arent taking the game situation into account..both need this win badly to make the 8 and i dont see how any will take big risks bombing the ball long or getting in the mood for quick scores.roos surely wont like a shooutout with brown n bradshaw up front for the lions so may lock the game down..last meeting at carrara between them was 150 total (87-63) win to the roos.

yep it does cats got 222 on there own last time at telstra though v richmond but youd think with the tigers in the hunt to make the 8 theyd try and flood to get the win and help under backers
