My God, the movement on these things are crazy. As soon as I saw Ontario -2.5 -120, I tried to jump on it. But the line moved to -130. I tried again, not quick enough as the line moved to -140. Then I hesitated and it moved to -180. Now it's -3.5 -123 and while that should hit, I don't think I will play it.

Well, Alberta opened at -700 or so and were pounded all the way to -1100...so I guess some people are crying pretty hard right now...

I guess that's a good reason to stay away from such huge moneyline plays.

Hopefully Quebec and BC come in to help limit my damage...

And that is why I try to avoid totals. Last two totals I played, BC/Alberta score 8 after 5 and then can't hit over 12.5 on the game. Today, NFLD/BC somehow blank both 6 and 7 and all I needed was one more point...ugh. So frustrating. Disaster of an afternoon...back to the drawing board tonight.

So line opened +175 at Bet365 and at the same time, Alberta was +145 at Pinny. So I quickly nailed each of those for $100. Bet365 immediately took the game off the board, so I figured they would cancel my bet and I'd have $100 riding on Alberta tonight. So far, they have not voided my wager...so I'm hoping they don't. We'll see what happens, but either way, I will not be including either of those bets in my YTD totals.

BC +179, 2 units
Alberta +1.5 -157, 2 units (think they win outright)
Newfoundland -1.5 -133, 2 units
Nova Scotia -120, 2 units (no Jamie Koe)

Whoops, I should clarify in my story above that it was Manitoba +175 at Bet365. So I win $75 if Manitoba wins and $45 if Alberta wins. Not a big deal either way...just hoping my wager isn't voided.

I'm on the Over 12.5 -133 for NS/NWT, hoping for a lot of points...also on BC+1.5 -139, NL -1.5 -147

Feel ripped off that Quebec only won by 1 as I had the -1.5. Feeling good about these plays though.

BC has killed me in this Brier.

And I still can't believe Alberta gave up 13 points to a team that only managed to score twice on NWT/Yukon...

I cannot believe I bet on BC again. Ugh! When betting on games involving BC this week, I am down 15.48 units. No joke. In fact, I only have five losses this entire week in games NOT involving BC.

If I would not have overrated them, I could have had a fantastic week. What could have been....

I have played over 12.5 four times this week. I am 1-3 and all 3 losses were 7-5 going to 10 with no points scored in the last end...

A break here and there, and this could have been a really good week...

Whoops, thought the game was over. Looks like they have given Quebec 1 in the 10th? We'll have to see how Pinny grades it...

Finally caught a break.

NFLD/Manitoba coming up is really interesting to me. I believe Ontario will beat Manitoba tonight, which means that the loser of this game will go 0-2 today. Hmm....

I'm sure it's not a money issue. I'm sure someone screwed up...

I bet they have lines for tonight's draw. Sucks though 'cause there were a couple plays I think I would have liked...can't say for sure without lines though...
