Thanks mate please do let me know. My concern is that if Bet365 discovers that you are trying to circumvent the laws that they could then close our account. A real shit because a lot of people made a lot of money betting AFL in game
And apart from Australians no one is betting it... I'd be careful with proxies.

I jumped on today to have a live bet on the tennis and up popped a phone number. Im filthy with bet365, that was the main drawcard for me. Their odds have never been that flash but their live betting was great and super quick. During the AFL it saved me some big losses and got me some nice returns too. I guess its on to bluesquare or paddy power

Be careful with pr oxys guys, i just got a warning with betstar
William Hill is now my choice of book.
hopefully they offer live afl/nrl betting
And that is what I would expect. These are books so you would think they would have some of the heaviest security, monitoring and logging next to the banks. I might be wrong but with the amount of money flowing through I'd be surprised if they didn't.
Gargamel how are WillHill these days, they weren't flash a couple of years ago when I last used them ?

Willhill are decent enough, not to the quality and range of b365, lesser games on offer etc... but decent enough, worth a look

Any of you use 888sports? They are B+ rated on SBR but don't have AUD as a supported currency. I understand they are pretty solid for soccer betting.
I've contacted them about live betting AFL/NRL, the first representative said he thinks they do but it's limited. I replied and asked how and if Australians were required to live bet by phone. Was told by another rep that they don't have a telephone betting service and don't currently offer any markets on AFL/NRL, derp the season hasn't started yet.
I mentioned the void created for Aus bettors betting live onlne by bet365 getting licensed here and mentioned if they can offer live in play h2h, spread and total markets for quarter by quarter, half time and full time for each game, they could snaffle the Aussie degens disgruntled with bet365 and offer live markets pretty much no other book does. I was told my comments have been passed on to their traders, if you guys want to help persuade em, we might be able to get a new live out.

G'day chaps, I'm pretty miffed with bet365 too.

Just got this response enquiring on exactly how the markets are limited.
Our traders will only offer live markets if they can view the match
live. At present they do not know the markets they will be offering
when the season starts. Please peruse our website when the games
commence and then contact us again if you believe we can improve what we
are offering at that current time.
Sounds promising

I remember getting Geelong like -83.5 at $8 when they were up by 70 odd against Collingwood at 3Q time, in was it that last round game when they got smashed, when I saw the phone thing on bet365 my plans of live betting all these ridiculously soft lines and making a killing (or not losing badly) were shattered.
Is bet365 phone betting minimum $50 like most aus books? Not that I'll probably cash in there again unless there's no other option.

888sports had the Knights and Dragons up for live betting last night and have tonight's game in the upcoming live events.
No NAB cup betting at all by the looks of it, they've taken Aussie Rules off the menu. Was gonna sign up tonight if they had NAB cup up live, will wait till the season proper starts.

I just tried to sign up for will hill, to get on some live bets and some poker for shits and giggles. Australia isn't in the list of countries on the sign up page, turns out they don't accept Australian residents due to not being able to verify the legality of internet betting in every country what a load of bs.

That benefit isn't worth the trade off of having to put up with your accents. I'm still recovering from the commentary from the Warriors v Broncos game
