GL AB, likely to be with you on the Redbacks - will take form over the perennial underachievers anyday. You've got brass balls taking a position on the Man Mountain Cosgrove with his slashing style, but he only needs to connect on a few to get 20+.

He seems to be in some decent form. Crash, bang, wallop is all I'm hoping for

Agreed AB - 34 and 47 in the shield match last week and 104 (81) in his last 50 over outing. I'd open with him in this form of the game to be honest.
Just throwing some stats out there as I analyse, interestingly SA has only won 2 matches away from home in the short history of the Big Bash. Also, batting first or chasing at the WACA in T20 doesn't seem to have a bias on the outcome.
Amazed they don't feel Klinger is up for this form of the game though.

Feel for you Rostos on that call. Was on the Vics and at 3 for 5 had written them off. Qld should have had them for less than 120, poor effort in the field.

That Cosgrove innings against the Vics (I think) was awesome I thought Gun, Cosgrove of old. He looks fairly content at the moment, probably the first time he has for some time. He doesn't seem to be worrying about national selection or anything else.
Wasn't really aware of the Redback's away record tbh.
