Yeah, well I hadn't used them for 2 years and never provided my identity and they suspended my account. I could only do deposits and bets. I decided to finally send it through about 1 month ago. I came back on today, after it was all settled 1 month ago and I got a message saying that it was suspended.
Dunno why. I'm not even going to be with them till they decide to finally accept me for me. They know my address from the electoral roll, they know my tax file number. They know my medicare number or whatever. What else do they want to know?

I want to withdraw the funds I have in my account with them. Only opened it earlier this year but for simplicity purposes just want ONE online book (not them). Am just going to post them the photo id requirements, signed by a JP ect.
I'm a little worried they might make this difficult because they don't seem like the sort of book that likes giving out money (going on some of the sly stunts and limits they've produced in my short time with them) and I'm up about 4.9k with them.
