Yeah, Jarryd is wasted on the wing. Put him to fullback.
The Aussies were soft mate. I thought Hannant went alright while he was out there, but the rest of the forward pack was pretty ordinary.
Thurston and Lockyer didn't do much, Smith played well. Inglis was a beast when he got the ball.
How good was that try by Junior Sau? Bring that shit back to the Red-and-Blue-Castle boy

They weren't really playing a Tim Sheens style of football though, that's the funny thing. They had a heap of attacking ball in the first half and just looked fucking devoid of ideas. How many times did either Lockyer or Thurston crab across field to hit a runner that just simply got snuffed out by the Kiwi defense?
Obviously Tim applies a different philosophy to the Tigers than his national post, but tbh I didn't see a whole lot of difference in that performance than when we got our pants pulled down in the WC final.
They played nice and direct in yardage, but then lost the plot and played too compact on offense. The Kiwi's just jammed up and had a field day.
They should smash both England and France, but there were a few passengers out there this morning.

I wish just for once on a big stage (I'm not talking about those april anzac tests) we could stamp our fcuking authority and actually show the rest of the rugby league world how far ahead we are !
