Bull, essentially it takes away the draw. Think of it as two bets. I'll use an example: Jets (0.00/-0.5) basically means that if the Jets draw half of your wager pushes and the other half loses (-0.5). So if you had $100 on this wager, you'd get back $50 for the push (and lose the other $50). Obviously if you had Newcastle on the nose, you would have lost the lot. You get a result, I guess.
Good when you play dogs though, when you get (0.0/+0.5) lines....
Half of your wager is on each option, is the best way I can describe it.

i maintain, that if previous seasons are anything to go by, there's lots of value in fading home favourites in this comp
the weird thing is, that's the complete opposite approach I've had success with in virtually every other football league the world over ...
