Here's a disturbing stat,

The average points scored in the second half of matches played in Cairns this season is:  83.77

The Taipans' average points scored in the second half at home this season is:  38.55

* And, if you take out the 70 point second half they mustered in New Zealand earlier this season, the Taipans 2nd half ppg average on the road is 37.5

19.3 points per qtr in 2H, at home is putrid.

Putrid indeed, happy you had the Under while I was on the Over.  I will never learn to stay away from Taipans Over.  Good hit on the Spirit too AB.

Nice hits you have there this round AB.  I had the Under Wed night, Over in NZ on Thurs and Under last night, although the first two are the one's I posted.  Can't believe last night went under by 17 points after the first quarter.
 
Funny how the   Tapain's were considered championship material at the start of the year.  Was thinking about going to the 36's/Tigers game tonight as I rang a mate to see what contacts he had with a corporate box...but nothing as Mazda don't sponsor them any more .  Still might go as I think this will be one of the best games for the year IMO.

Funny thing is that my team is actually the Tigers as I grew up in Vic, but now live in SA.  Makes the match even more interesting to watch, and besides the media here in Adel have been pumping this game all week, which makes me think the Over is a very good play?

yeah the over looks good, but this league is throwing up some fugging ridiculous scoring tales this season.

I don't think our guys have the concentration or the fitness to run out games at a decent scoring clip ?!

I mean tonight we might see 65 in the 1st quarter and a 92-85 type final score  

It's annoying in the sense that it's a pathetic look for the NBL imo when you get teams bricking up 35 point quarters. It's as though the entire comp is sleepwalking through this season.

has anyone kept track of the under / over count to this point of the season ?

I'd hazard a guess that 65% of games have gone under

here we go again, some of the best offensive firepower in the NBL is currently going at in Adelaide, and all they can muster is a big brick shit house!

no point in capping matchups ect in this league, just blind bet the UNDER every friggin game

tough loss on townsville but can't help but be impressed with the way Sydney are playing. down plenty in a back to back and got back to close enough to win in in the last couple of minutes.
 
Even with Jarvey back for GC I am going with Perth -6.
