Right off the bat with absolutely no evidence whatsoever, I think the Doggies are a fair price against a shaky North side, esp. at Telstra.  I am also very curious to see what points the books will be giving the Swans.  Fremantle could end up being someone's favorite wager of the round, I can see it now (but Telstra favors the Blues).  Tigers/Dogs/Cats multi looks too good to pass up at 2.51.

But that is just all speculation.

Let's get it going again for Round Nine guys and take what the books owe us!

Binomial. I agree. Watching the Dons play a few games now it looks like they are trying to play a game they are not used. passing when they shouldn't, sharing the ball when they shouldn't etc.......

Peverill was a great player when he came from the Dees but had his role converted to a tagger. I think for him it comes down to that. As for JJ he would be hoping he doesn't end up with his "brother". JJ I think is suffering from injury more than anything but I could be wrong on that.

I agree the Don's list isn't bad, any team that had their injuries and lack of depth would get beaten by 10+ goals. It happened to a very good side last year, the bulldogs. The last 7 games they got beaten by over 10 goals.

Good writeup Miracle. I'm not saying don't be wary of the line (for the lions) but not because they are 4/4.

Its the reason why both Port and the Lions haven't been talked about as serious finalists until the last week or two. They both had the hardest starts to the season playing most of the top 6 teams.

The thing that has caught my eye with the lions is their attack on the football. It is close to the best in the competition at the moment. They have been ferocious across the whole ground, everybody giving 100%. Tackling and pressure on the opposition is as good as it gets. That with the fact they have their strongest side in at the moment and playing at home should put them in a strong position to win.

And IMO St Kilda while it probably has an equally talented list just hasn't been hard enough or passionate enough trying to get the footy.

I'm not crazy over those lines either.

Freo IMO looks a possibility with Jamieson down and the blues defence in an even worse state than last week. But freo has burnt me too weeks in a row, so I'm a bit hesitant.
