Yes, the cycling season is about to start. The real season with some good classics heading into a big march with Milan SanRemo, a race Cavendish won't defend and Paris-Nice and Tirreno-Adriatico ahead of more classics later in the month.
After two warm-up events, the season kicks into gear.
Bet365 have confirmed to me there will be markets. (You would hope so).
Whether live betting is a factor or not, who knows, but let me tell you one thing. Unless there is a bet that standouts, a major head to head which is a no-brainer, I will be ONLY betting LIVE.
These classics are going to be hard to predict as you don't know who really is in form and who will make the jumps etc. So betting live is the only way to back these two events.
More information close to race time.

I expect Devolder, Boonen and Boasson-Hagen to step up here. At first glance, I would like Devolder for one of them as he would be a good price. But, Boonen will defend Kuurne. Quick-Step, however, have a stronger team for Omloop, so if Devolder was to win one, it would be that one.

fyi it will be shitty weather. lots of rain and windy
Comme toujours ...
Don't even have to check the weather update when I get to Belgium.
I'm actually in Brussels but leaving on the 28th. Any way to figure out the schedule of the race in English or French (website I found is in Dutch or Flemish).

While Hushovd is recovering from illness, Haussler is on the
comeback trail himself after suffering a knee injury in Algarve last
week. Yet despite the lack of results for the men in black, Haussler is
full of confidence that he can walk away with a Classics win this year.
“We’ve not had a win yet but had a bit of bad luck in Oman,”
Haussler told Cyclingnews. “It’s not been as smooth as last year. Last
year leading up to this race I’d won two stages in Algarve but I don’t
need to win small stages in those races now. For me I only need to win
one race this year.”
Haussler has already publicly stated that he will be at his peak for
the Tour of Flanders, a race he podiumed at last year. For him, this
weekend’s racing will be about gaining valuable training miles before
Paris-Nice, where he’ll look to again train hard.
“I’ve not got the form to win this weekend lets put it like that,”
he said. “I had to pull out in Algarve so I don’t have the hard
training in my legs. Also I’ve not been able to prepare for this race.
If everyone else is at a high level it will be hard but I didn’t come
into the season to win this race.
“The form is there but I don’t want to make a big drama about my
knee,” he added. “I’m scared to go deep in case it hurts again. There
was a chance of not racing this weekend and if it’s not good enough I
won’t race but I should be okay.”

Boonen has said he wants to win. But, if the conditions are as tough as they are describing, he won't be able to follow someone like Gilbert on one of those final climbs.
I would have backed Boonen without a doubt. But that weather has me worried.

Will be there in Gent for the start and finish! First time seeing them live but won't have any plays on the race. Just gonna watch them fly by me and see the wild finish at the end.
Enjoy the live betting and BOL to all in here .
